My experience with this company and staff was awesome. I was lucky and didn't have to have my car but when school started I needed it to pick up my grandkids. I got the car back in time and I am much appreciated. This is not to say in any means that the service and quality was lacking because it was not. I feel like they are old school and look out for the customer but keep the doors open. I will drive the miles to let them do maintenance on my car because I feel like what they say is like a hand shake in the older days. it means something you can trust them. Ladies I know how hard it is to find someone who you.can trust and will not charge you for a transmission but you need a cable linkage. The transmission profit is much more than the Shift assembly. thank you for your help and I appreciate you Lonnie and everyone who was involved.

My wife’s transmission on her ‘17 Ram 2500 bit the dust. We were recommended to go to Transmission Doctor by multiple people when we were calling around. The told us what was needed, gave us several options, and worked with us in making payments while we waited for our new transmission to be delivered. We highly recommend using them.

While I opted out to buy a new head gasket they put the car back together well enough that I was able to trade it in the next day! They assumed the car was running fine!
