Thank goodness for a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop in the High Springs area! I was taking my F150 Power Stroke (diesel) to Ford Chiefland for maintenance. However, the last two visits made me vow to never return. First, they didn’t have a technician who knew how to do an oil change on my truck since it’s diesel and I had to wait three hours for one to come and do it. The second time, they screwed up the oil change somehow and ended up having to redo it and replace my skid plate due to it being saturated in oil. So, I decided to start using Ford Gainesville. Anyway, I called Ford Gainesville for a quote on new rear breaks and rotors for my truck. They quoted me $980.00 with a three to five day turn around time. My husband ended up calling Transmission Doctor who has done excellent work on his Mustang in the past. They quoted us around $600 and said it would be done in a day or two. I dropped my truck off at 7:00 PM on Thursday and we received a call at 3:00 PM the following day telling us that it was ready! Our invoice? $560.00!!! They even provided a thorough review of my truck’s “health” at no additional charge and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. So, in the end, what I paid was far cheaper than what they quoted AND it took less than 24 hours. Their customer service skills are also on point, which is something that both Ford dealerships seriously struggle with. They also offer the convenience of after hours drop off and pick up! You guys rock and we’ll continue to bring all our vehicles to you moving forward. Thank you so much!

Expert advice and great communication and service!

I had three shop trying to find the problem with my vehicle, and then they went Way beyond other shops to find and solve my problem. They took their time and patience with combine experience they solved my electrical problem I would recommend them to anybody if they have problems with their vehicles if they cannot solve their own problems.

If I could recommend any shop it’s them. We were on our way back to Indiana and needed immediate work done and they got it done same day. Even though we had to sit at the shop essentially all day until close it felt cozy and very welcoming and I would Sit there all day again. They fixed our issue and then some. Very thankful and blessed to have found these guys !

Nice shop, friendly staff, busy yet organized. These guys and gal were great from the start. I had been a dealer only transmission service guy for my truck since it was new, until they messed up big time. Cost me a RDI and full re-build! Mark and Kayla made the whole experience comfortable, even though they had a lot to do. Shop got me out within a week and it drives like brand new! Can't thank ya'll enough! Will be back for my 500 mile transmission inspection and all future service needs. Thanks again 😊
