From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. Tracy was very friendly and wanted all details on my issues with my car so they could really dial into the problem. The tech consulted with me the entire time and was very professional. The show room and bathrooms were immaculate and I was offered coffee and given a gift bag as a first time customer. Overall the experience was excellent and Five Star and I will definitely be returning.

This review is a long time in the making. I've been using Transmission Doctor since summer 2019, when our first interaction was due to a failed transmission in a relatively new Toyota. We've been back a dozen times since, at least, so you can trust when I say they are everything you can want in a mechanic. I have never worked with a mechanic shop in my life that excels in basically every aspect of customer service, mechanical knowledge and execution, problem solving, and scheduling - not to mention moral character like trust and responsibility. I could go on and on about specific examples from everything to the replacement of our transmission to simple oil changes. Just know that, overall, these guys are professionals through and through. Use them. You'll be happy you did.
