This was our first experience with the Transmission Doctor and we couldn't have been more pleased. GT and Lonnie both dealt with my wife and when she says it was an actual pleasant experience, then they were doing something right. They could have easily screwed us over because from the get go they were working with my wife. They worked to figure out why the truck was shifting and quickly found the reason, got it right and had very reasonable prices. This in return netted them a transmission service, oil change and new tires. My wife said the customer service/communication from both GT but especially Lonnie was above and beyond. We will be back for sure.

Very courteous and professional bearing, positive attitude, great communication and coordination, very experienced guidance on repair / replacement recommendations. Very satisfied. I bring my 20 year old truck and my 43 year old Chevy Camaro here for these reasons.
