Well, I had a rough go at it at Parks Hyundai Gainesville and so they really made it easy to praise the Transmission doctor. I was in a jam and I paid $250 to get it out of Parks Hyundai. I just can’t tell you how Lonie at jim’s place really went the extra mile and did a couple of backflips. My car was towed in Thursday night after five and he ordered me a starter and then had to order me a battery. I had the car the next day just after 5 PM miraculous. God bless Jim his team. I saved over 50%. I’ll never step into that dealership again in Gainesville though. God bless America and the Transmission doc.

These guys are great I broke down on I75 this past weekend so I got a tow to their shop from a local tow company..my vehicle stayed in the lot undisturbed and first thing Monday morning Mr.Brandon serviced my vehicle and kept me in the loop about any other issues I should know about if he found something I should know about he would ask me if I would like to continue before doing anything extra.. I came as a stranger and left feeling like family Now my truck runs better than ever!! thank you guys at the doctor..highly recommend

Very honest men. I will 1000% come back. They took the time to fully explain the issues with my car & answered all of the questions I had. Previous mechanic diagnosed my car with a blown head gasket & Transmission Dr. did a thorough test to prove that it was not a blown head gasket, but a cracked radiator. As a woman going into a mechanic shop, we tend to think we’ll be screwed over because we don’t know as much about cars and replacement costs, but Transmission Dr never made me feel like they were trying to screw me over or pull a fast one on me.

My appointment was for 9:00AM. I arrived on time, waited in the pleasant & comfortable waiting room, was out the door a few minutes after 11:00, job complete. Tires rotated, all fluids checked, oil change & new battery. Entire experience was positive. It always is.
