I wish their prices were better but they're very knowledgeable.

Checked in for the first time. They were able to correctly diagnosed my car after trying 3 different workshops. They were very truthful and objective in dealing with their customers, providing different options with long term effects and savings being considered. It was truly a great experience, I live in the neighboring city but will not hesitate to visit again, should there be a l need. A big shout out also to the front desk lady, very professional, courteous, and helpful. Kudos to the entire team!!!

I drive a little further than I have to for service on my Toyota Highlander. I do this because I trust the high quality service I get from Transmission Doctors evert time. They are professional, friendly and always give you advice on the best way to keep you auto functioning at its best. I would go anywhere else.

I was concerned about a tire alert on my dash that indicated that a tire was low. I brought it in and the staff checked to make sure that there weren't any issues. Thanks a bunch.

This time, I chose to have my car serviced at Transmission Doctor instead of the dealer, and was very pleased. Jim Merkle and his crew were extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. The car ran a lot more smoothly on the ride home and I was glad to have important instructions about keeping the car and tires in good working order. As a female with lots of ignorance about cars, in the past, I've been robbed and fleeced by car-related businesses. Happily, that was not the case this time which was welcome relief.
