From the first phone call, everything was done over the phone. My daughter drove my 2018 sierra Denali Call to Transmission Doctor and Auto care. The truck needed a new transmission on 64,340. Miles. Unheard of. Aluminum transmission with multiple issues. No recalls . But needs to be recalled. Amazing people, I took my Car to Kia to have them check the breakers and after 5 trips dealing with Kia the breaks were still messed up. I take the car to the transmission doctor and in no time they found out the issue and had it respired. The Kia dealer even later stated they knew what the issue was but never told me. Transmission Dr you guys are amazing!
