Great experience working with everyone at Transmission Doctor. Tracey especially. Everyone was very professional and very knowledgeable. They did excellent work, were very thorough and addressed everything I asked about. Positive communication through the entire process which for me was the removal, trouble shooting and installation of transmission and torque converter. First time using them but will be my go to for future maintenance and repairs even outside of transmission issues.

Great shop for transmission work! They keep you informed and do the best they can for each customer! I was referred here by a co-worker! I would recommend anyone who asked to take there vehicles here for work.

Once sitting in lobby , I was taken aback that the other people there were second and third generation customers. That says it all .❤️👍

I had the controller replaced. The old one affected the trans in a way that I had to have the car towed. So far all is working great now. It was a quick turnaround and very friendly experience with the team. I never had much trust in others working on my car. I did the work myself and even replaced the controller a couple of years ago. This time I feel assured that this one will last the rest for the life of the car. Much thanks!

Dr Transmission went the extra,extra mile to fix a botched transmission job performed by another shop. I will not go into detail, but can assure you Dr Transmission will treat you right. .

I had never heard of Transmission Doctor prior to my car having issues. But at 6pm on a weekday my car broke down. Did a search for a company with good reviews for engine and transmissions and had my car towed to TD. The team did a diagnostic and found the issue was a manufacturer defect in the motor. They did a search and found a bulletin where the motor could be replaced under warranty even after the warranty expired. They took the time to explain the details of the issue to support a warranty claim and gave me the printed bulletins to take to the dealer and charged a minimal fee for the diagnostic. Their honesty is greatly appreciated. I will use them for other services as the need arises!!!
