Thank you Jim for reaching out to me. Over the years my family and I have used your company multiple times. Actually we have put in three different transmissions. Roughly 3 weeks ago, I brought my Ford Explorer in to have you look at my Transmission, to find out that we would need to put one in After coming up with an extremely high number for a transmission from a salvage company, charging me over $4000, when I called to see the progress of the vehicle. Informed I was going to need another seal which was going to cost another $400. When I went to pick up the car. I was told everything had been test driven Everything was tight and ready to go. I drove it lesson 15 miles. The engine light came on, and the car stopped. Once again, having to be put out to having a roadside service, come pick me up and I have to find someone to take me home Now it’s more money for adding some type of sensor that was supposed to take care of it perfectly. I Drove it home, with no problem until the next day when I drove into town, and the engine light came on once again. I don’t have the abilities for people to pick me up, drop me off or have to wait around your shop while you try finding out what the problem is I refuse to pay any more monies for this problem that was cost me more than the car is worth? I hope you’ll look into this for me. I’m in dealing with trace, and I need for this to be resolved as soon as possible Thank you for your help
