We took our truck to the Transmission Dr. for a rebuilding. Tracy gave us a quote to rebuild the transmission. Later on we ask them to perform added work. Once into the job they discovered other problems. They not only did as promised but more. When we went to pay the bill after all the added work .....The final billl was even less than the quote. Then to our delight Jim came to me and said It was a pleasure serving you and shook my hand. WHO DOES THAT??? It is great knowing that there are good honest people left in our area. THANK YOU both Jim & Tracy... We went back to have the rear end rebuilt. On my Ram 2500 and as always they got right on it and took care of the job. The work was excellant and the price was fair. I moved here last summer from South Florida. Transmission Doctor found the problem with my AC that 3 other auto mechanics down south couldn't (yet those 3 charged me for their non-repair 😡) . Transmission Doctor even gave me a 'redneck hack' to keep the AC going until my new part came in. Great personalized service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! 😃

My car completely shut down and would not start. They diagnosed the problem and got it back to me in one day so I could make my trip home to the Panhandle. Got some additional work to be done. But, from here on out I won't use anybody else other than Transmission Doctor.

Trace and the team are very kind and knowledgeable. They fix what needs to be fixed and are honest about it. We have had at least ten cars go through there!

The guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. They explain exactly what the problem is and what your options are. I had a relatively simple repair but I was waiting to pay while another customer was in there with a completely shot engine and you could tell these guys really know what they’re doing and that they’re not trying to upsell. Definitely recommended.
