Trace and the team are very kind and knowledgeable. They fix what needs to be fixed and are honest about it. We have had at least ten cars go through there!

The guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. They explain exactly what the problem is and what your options are. I had a relatively simple repair but I was waiting to pay while another customer was in there with a completely shot engine and you could tell these guys really know what they’re doing and that they’re not trying to upsell. Definitely recommended.

The people that work here all are very friendly and do a great job working on your car. You can tell that they really love there jobs and are happy to be there and help people out with all there car needs. This is a very professional and friendly get the job done right shop, I am so happy with this shop I want to do business with them forever. They have excellent customer service and have great rates and are the most honest and trusting shop I have ever accounted. They are the #1 mechanic shop they also dont charge for things that dont need done like other shops do. If you want to have the best customer service ever these guys in this shop are the best with the best customer service youll ever get. I had my transmission rebuilt by transmission doctor I went out of town and the transmission broke down I am out 8 thousand dollars with this place this is not a shop you want to take your car to the owner got in my face and keep touching me he said there was nothing he could do l was stranded for 3 weeks out town no competition on apology the owner said that the way it is what do I do

I'm so sorry you had to go through the experience of breaking down out of town. I feel your frustration and disappointment! Although our warranty is not nationwide we still offered to help with expenses. We paid 50% of the repair cost on your word that the out of town shop was honest. We Always go beyond the call of duty to do the right thing! The situation was unfortunate for sure. Life happens no matter how good we think we are. I hope our actions eases the pain a little!
