We broke down traveling and had to stop to get our van repaired. They went above and beyond on customer service. They do good work at a fair price. I most appreciate their honesty and that they stand behind the work they do. I highly recommend.

It could have been a nightmare...The night before, I had made it safely to my driveway, and was backing in when my car 'died' and I noticed smoking coming from underneath the hood. The next morning, I had the vehicle towed to Transmission Doctor in the neighboring county. I was prepared for an expensive nightmare. However, that was not the case. I was elated to be informed that the initial estimate would not cost me at all. The local Dodge dealer quoted me $180 just to assess the damage. Transmission Doctor had the parts the next day, and had me up and running within just a few days. They even took the time to call and keep me updated on the progress of the repairs. Very friendly, courteous & professional and I would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE experience. I took my working transmission to Jim because it was making a noise. I was told by Jim he would look at it for free. "WOULDNT COST ME A DIME" are his exact words. He called the next day and stated there is NOTHING WRONG with the tranny. Jim wanted to rebuild for $1300. I said no thank you I will come pick it up. I picked up my once working transmission in a box of pieces. He said it would cost me $500 for him to put it back together. He will trick you with a free diagnostic and leave you with you pants down. CON ARTEST.
