Excellent customer service! Needed a repair while working out of town on my 19 F-450. Specialty parts were ordered and delivered within 3 days. Communication from both advisors was excellent through whole process. Got me fixed up and out the door with no issues. Will drive 3 hours definitely for my next service. Trustworthy shop that backs the work! Thank you all again and appreciate the gift bag and personal card sent to my house.

I don’t think there’s enough space in here to detail how great this auto shop really is. In my experience with my Explorer st, i would recommend transmission doctor over any of the Ford dealerships in the area ( Santa Fe Ford, parks Ford of Gainesville, and Ford in chiefland). I hope you guys keep your mechanics and continue to develop and grow. I would even say you should partner up with Santa Fe college and help out with their automotive program. Truly exceptional service!

Very respectful team. Incredibly efficient in communicating. Mechanical issues are an inevitable part of life. (Proverb should be death, taxes, and car problems) Finding a trustworthy, respectful, established shop, experienced in multiple systems on a vehicle, from oil change to transmission rebuild. And engine replacement with a reman.... Though outside the scope of my budget.. Sooner than later, 'Today's solution will be tomorrow's problem.' I will return to this shop. I will recommend this team to others. Thank you.
