My granddaughter bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado from a used car dealership, and within two weeks she was having transmission issues. It was supposedly resolved, by their mechanic , it wasn’t . My husband and I took it over here to Transmission doctor. They evaluated it and said that the transmission need a total rebuild starting price you look at about $5000 and it’s supposed to have been repaired. It was either not done or was used with old parts and there were parts missing and loose inside the transmission as well Thankfully they didn’t charge us and they were very friendly and if I would have to have any kind of work I think I would recommend this company . These folks went above and beyond we were traveling from south Florida to Michigan when our transmission started having issues accurate diagnosis and repair got us back on the road they gave us a loaner car so we could get to a hotel while repairs were being done and they made sure everything was working properly needles to say we made it home with no problems thanks to everyone at transmission dr.

I just have to say, this company went above and beyond expectations on helping resolve a problem with a vehicle that was in our possession for less than 3 weeks. Professional service, excellent quality of work. Our 2021 Yukon had problems when you tried to accelerate. Local mechanic told us it was a dealer issue. After 4 trips to two GM dealers their solution was we pay by the hour and they will start taken the motor apart until we find the problem. Transmission Doctors found the problem, gave us the price and fixed it. The staff is very professional and seem to really care.
