#1 Mechanic Shop in Gainesville!!!! Always very helpful, these guys are absolutely On top of their quality of work. These guys go above and beyond I had a problem with my truck and they fixed the problem and also fixed Other problems that was throwing my engine light on at no cost to make sure that when I drove my truck out of the shop there was absolutely no issues. Very trustworthy Mechanics I will never go to any other mechanic to get my vehicles worked on, these are my go to mechanics for anything and everything!

After 350,000 miles and a problem with another mechanic that led to my motor failing, I took my beloved 2001 Monte Carlo to the Transmission Doctor for a new engine to be installed. They kept their promise and returned my car to me in perfect running condition. They were thorough in explaining why things had happened and what to expect. In keeping with their excellent customer service, they even called me to do a wellness check a week later and to remind me about a follow up oil change in 500 miles. HONESTY AND INTEGRITY1 Jim and Tracy are the best. We were traveling through Florida trying to get home to Alabama. The transmission went out on a Sunday. We called Monday and they sent a wrecker right out. Jim went over the car and then spent some time actually talking to us about the problem. It was obvious he knew his business. They ordered a part and the next day the mechanic worked as fast as he could and even through his lunch so we could finally leave for home. We are incredibly grateful for these lovely Christian people who took care of us. They even called the next day to make sure we got home safely!

Transmission doctor is great! The staff were all friendly and they were able to get my emergency repairs done the very same day. My favorite mechanics in town.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I was referred to these guys and now have found my one stop shop. They found a complex problem that fell under a manufacturer recall, did NOT charge me for the diagnostic service, and helped me coordinate not only getting my car over to the service department of the dealer but printed out the recall information to go along with it. They have persistently followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of and gave detailed advice to provide to the dealership. At no cost! They have a new customer for life.
