I have been doing business with Jim and his crew for about 10 years now. My first visit was when the thermostat housing unit in my car melted down, and the car had to be towed. Needless to say, what I thought was going to be a horrific and costly experience, actually turned out to be an amazing experience. Jim stayed in touch on the repair status, and had my car up and running in 3 days. Each time I came in for service afterwards, the staff re-checked the previous repairs for any problems. I have since acquired my mother's car as well, and they have been the primary mechanic used as well. I have used them for everything from starter repairs, A/C issues, brakes, engine repairs, and routine maintenance to name a few. Jim takes great pride in providing his staff with the latest state of the art machinery and equipment, which enables his company to provide such a high level of customer service. He is a hands-on owner, with long-term employees. I have always been greeted with, and treated in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner, and I have recommended them to many of our family and friends. A bit of a hidden gem that has been in business for 27 years, with no complaints filed with the BBB! I don't think that there are too many businesses out there that can wear this accomplishment. I was so impressed at how hard they tried to find the problem with my car. In fact they are still researching it. I have heard them advertised on the radio and I am so glad I went there.
