I hate taking my car in for repairs. But I needed an alternator and I wanted a new one, but the local Honda dealer wanted $600+ just for just the part. Lonnie at Transmission Doctor worked with me to get a new alternator elsewhere, with installation, all for under $500. And they didn’t try to sell me anything but the part that I needed - no front end alignment, or thin brake discs, just the alternator replacement. They even offered me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. The customer rep and mechanics are very qualified and I will recommend them to my friends and family. I originally spoke with the owner, Jim, and he is trustworthy and honest. This shop does so much more than just transmissions, they do it all…..and at a very fair price. Thanks

I've been taking my vehicles here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. You might have to wait awhile but it's worth it. This kind of dedication and professionalism is hard to find.

Good work, a bit pricey but highly recommended. Great staff. If you need transmission work they are excellent at diagnostics. 4/5 due to cost. They are super busy and deserve the best ratings but company pricing prevented a 5/5. The staff here are a solid 5 star bunch.

Such incompetence! Made an appointment for my vehicle's transmission to be serviced. They didn't even look into the problem until the vehicle had been with them for 4 days! It took them almost 4 weeks to fix the trans issue and they didn't even do all the work that was asked of them. I've had major issues with the vehicle since it left their shop and yesterday I found relays missing from the fuse box, which explains the problems I've had with it. This is either gross incompetence or predatory behavior to get your vehicle back in for service. STAY AWAY

I can't tell you how happy I am that you all fixed my car! I was without a car for a month, as it rested well on the lift so you could figure out what the heck was wrong with it. Put it a lot of time, thought and energy and I appreciate you more than I can tell you! Transmission doctor you guys rock!
