Very honest men. I will 1000% come back. They took the time to fully explain the issues with my car & answered all of the questions I had. Previous mechanic diagnosed my car with a blown head gasket & Transmission Dr. did a thorough test to prove that it was not a blown head gasket, but a cracked radiator. As a woman going into a mechanic shop, we tend to think we’ll be screwed over because we don’t know as much about cars and replacement costs, but Transmission Dr never made me feel like they were trying to screw me over or pull a fast one on me.

My appointment was for 9:00AM. I arrived on time, waited in the pleasant & comfortable waiting room, was out the door a few minutes after 11:00, job complete. Tires rotated, all fluids checked, oil change & new battery. Entire experience was positive. It always is.

Love these guys! Took my daughters car in for a few things to get fixed. I couldn’t quite pinpoint a certain noise, through thorough inspection they found two bolts that were missing some nuts and about ready to fall out. Great save! Plus fixed switch and have one more part for broken window motor on order . Very professional, very thorough, and great conversations while I waited!
